A high proportion of the membership play in the SSRC computerised internal leagues which consist of divisions of five or six people playing in a monthly cycle with promotion and relegation. Members can enter the leagues by emailing leagues@southgatesquashclub.co.uk.

You can also view the leagues and enter your points on the touchscreen at the club.

Simply touch the ‘Information’ button on the top right hand corner of the screen.

To enter your points, tap on your league and enter your membership number.

To return to the leagues tap the ‘cancel’ or ‘X’ button.

Tap/click on the number of games you won.

Tap/click on the number of games your opponent won.

Tap/click ‘ok’ or tick button to save your result and return to the leagues.
