Internal Leagues. A high proportion of the membership play in the leagues which consist of divisions of five people playing in a monthly cycle with promotion and relegation. There are separate leagues for juniors and racketball. The club organises tournaments to determine club champions in various categories as well as a handicap event.

Matches. The club enters teams in the Middlesex League. Proposed for 2008/9 - 2 mens, 1 ladies (friendlies only for next season), 1 veterans, and 3 Junior teams (U17, U15 and U13 age groups).

Juniors. The club gives every encouragement to juniors with regular group coaching available on Saturday afternoons (contact Sarah Wilkinson 020 8886 3891). This activity has been recognised by England Squash with a Regional Development Award.

Individual Coaching. For further details contact the committee on admin@southgatesquashclub.co.uk.

Equipment. All Squash & Racketball equipment for coaching purposes can be provided.

Racketball. A large number of members play, particularly ladies during mid-week daytimes. Leagues, tournaments and beginners coaching courses operate. There is a Racketball Social morning run every Thursday. Please call the club for further details.

Club Night. Squash operates every Monday evening (except bank holidays) from 8pm. Racketball operates every Wednesday from 8pm. Potential new members are welcome to 'try us out'. Register at admin@southgatesquashclub.co.uk.

Social. There is a well-stocked, professionally-run bar (adhering to London Borough of Enfields' 'Think 21 Campaign', open generally 17:00 - 23.00 weekdays and 12:00 - 23:00 weekends (subject to some changes). Various functions such as discos, quiz nights, barbecues etc. are organised by all user clubs.

Other Sport. The ground is home to Southgate Cricket Club, Southgate Adelaide Cricket Club, Southgate Adelaide Hockey Club, The Weld Lawn Tennis Club, Barnet Ladies Lacrosse Club, Enfield Ladies Football Club, Oakhill Tigers Football Club, Southgate Adelaide Football Club, Barnet Youth Football Club and new to the Walker Ground is Southgate Rugby FC for season 08/09. This multi-sports environment results in a lively and friendly club as well as contributing to the financial stability of the Trust. The ground also plays host to Middlesex County Cricket Club for first class and other major matches and also Tottenham Hotspur F.C for their "Football in the Community" Coaching scheme.
