The Rules

You must be a British citizen and eligible to represent Middlesex if selected. You must have been born in Middlesex or have lived in Middlesex for 3 months prior to 30 September 2010 and are not representing another county in the coming season.
You must be under the age limit for your event on 26 September 2010.
You can only enter one age group. Eye protection must be worn for all matches.
You must be available to play when required on both days.
You must be a member of England Squash.
The time of your first match and how to find Southgate will be sent to all entrants after the closing date, which is Wednesday 15 September 2010.

Payment of £15 is possible by debit card(no surcharge), credit card(£1 surcharge) over the phone - see below for details
